Terms of Use

Effective July 24, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to the P3 Aesthetic Growth website at scalewithp3.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Business identity. P3 Aesthetic Growth is the public business name used on this site. Its legal entity and governing state have not yet been finalized, so these policies do not invent them.

1. Business information only

The site provides general information about business and operational consulting for medical aesthetic practices. Site content is not medical, legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting advice.

Clinical examination, candidacy, prescribing, informed consent, treatment planning, supervision, documentation, and all other clinical decisions remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed professionals.

2. No patient information

Do not submit patient names, contact information, photographs, charts, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment records, adverse-event information, or other patient information through the public website, scorecard, or a general business inquiry.

The public site is not represented as a system designed to receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information.

3. Scorecard and illustrative information

The P3 Growth Scorecard is a business self-assessment based on information supplied by the user. It is not a validated industry benchmark, valuation, forecast, or guarantee.

Any example, scenario, calculation, or estimated opportunity shown on the site is illustrative and depends on the assumptions stated. Actual outcomes depend on the practice's market, capacity, costs, decisions, team, and implementation.

4. Consulting engagements

Using the website, completing the scorecard, requesting a readout, or participating in a preliminary conversation does not create a consulting relationship.

A consulting engagement begins only through an accepted proposal or signed agreement identifying the parties, scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.

5. No guaranteed result

P3 does not guarantee a particular patient, referral, revenue, profit, legal, regulatory, clinical, or other business result.

P3 fees are fixed by scope and are not based on a percentage of medical revenue or the number of patients referred.

6. Intellectual property

The site's copy, design, graphics, names, scorecards, and public materials are owned by P3 or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of public materials to evaluate P3 services. Public access does not grant a license to reproduce, sell, distribute, or use P3's private curriculum, templates, scripts, implementation materials, or methods.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems;
  • introduce harmful code or interfere with site operation;
  • use the site unlawfully or misrepresent P3 content; or
  • use site materials to violate another person's rights.

If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to scheduling, communications, payment, or other third-party services. Those services control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices.

9. Site availability

The site may be modified, suspended, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Governing law and contact

P3's governing state and legal entity have not yet been finalized, so these terms do not invent a governing-law provision. Any consulting agreement will identify the parties and applicable governing terms before work begins.

Questions may be sent to hello@scalewithp3.com. The Privacy Policy explains how the public site handles information.
